Dr. Mark Tholen Dr. Mark Tholen is a 1986 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. He is a member of the Central Texas Optometric Society and the American Optometric Association. He has studied and completed additional clinic work and passed proficiency tests to become a board certified therapeutic eye disease specialist and a board certified glaucoma specialist. The primary focus of his clinical practice is in the detection & treatment of eye disease, prescribing glasses and fitting contact lenses.

Dr. Barbara Tholen Dr. Barbara Tholen is a 1986 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. Susie Torrez - Office Manager Mrs. Torrez has worked in the optical industry since 1982 and has worked with Dr. Mark & Dr.Barbara Tholen since 1986. She is highly knowledgeable in fitting, dispensing and manufacturing of glasses. She has extensive classroom and practical training in all facets of eyecare/eyewear and special testing for eye disease in the clinic.

Michelle Uballe,OptT Optometric technician. Michelle has had extensive on the job training and has attended numerous training seminars and symposiums over the last 5 years.
